OUR MAIN MOTIVE AND ENDEAVOUR IS TO FIND OUT PROPER MARKET FOR THEM AND TO FOCUS THEIR QUALITY ARTIFICE BEFORE THE ART-LOVERS GLOBALLY. SO,THE ‘WINDOW’IS OPEN FOR ALL. Ms.Ajanta Ray (Delhi).
Ajanta, an art teacher by profession in Delhi, working also as an illustrator for magazines and Book-covers Designer and served as judges in art exhibitions for the kids in her area. Shecomposes children’s picture books too and here we have added one of her e- picture- Book .
She has a back ground of traditional art (folk & tribal) form of Santiniketan mingled with modern Style.
Aajanta’s precious moment was when she received and admiration certificate, unexpectedly from the the then Secretary of ‘National Sindhi Academy,New Delhi’,in 1998, by Late
admashri’ Prof M.L.Jotwani for her cover design for a Delhi University-
College Magazine.
Her Painting medium is basically, Acrylic, poster, oil and pastel on
paper (hand made preferably)and on canvas.
Her specialty expresses in colorful
batiks and in Madhuvani folk paintings too. She had Worked as an art teacher in ASN
Public School ,Delh, BALBHAVAN Public School, Delhi and in some restoration ajencies’ jobs etc
and organized a number of exhibitions in Delhi and West Bengal.
Ms. Ajanta contributes her art work to the ‘Semonti Ray Edu. Foundation’ which promotes Education for all Programme”- a part of ‘Sarwa shiksha Abhiyan’ organized by ‘Bhagidari system of Govt. of Dehi.
The proceedings to be earned from selling of Ajanta’s artifice would
go to the ‘Semonti Ray foundation fund’, as the foundation is a non-profiteering welfare agency and Ajanta wishes to contribute. For buying Ajanta’s paintings or artifice interested buyers may Contact:
