The untimely and sudden demise of legendary pop icon and rock-star Michael Jackson has shocked the world. Millions of messages are pouring in from his family, media, Hollywood and from all over the globe.
The 50 year-old ‘Moon walker’ former child star, who became famous all over the world as the King of Pop, was not breathing when paramedics arrived at his rented home early on Thursday afternoon. He was taken to University of California, Los Angeles Medical Centre, where he died at 1.07p.m Pacific time on Thursday.
Besides his parents, he has left behind three loving kids and eight of his brothers and sisters including his famed sister Janet Jackson.
Maverick musician and as many as 7 granny awardee Jackson, who died at the age of only 50,started his showbiz career at the age of five with the band ‘Jackson 5’ and led a life which was packed with stupendous high. Michael Jackson made a transformation from child star to a pop icon with his successful 1979 album, “0ff The Wall’ which began a musical career that span three decades and abruptly ended with a cardiac arrest. The album established Jackson as one of the premier talents in the music industry and as the sexiest entertainer after Elvis Presley.
